We require a non refundable deposit of £15.00 per room per night, but we may elect to reduce the deposit to avoid bank charges on credit cards. Bookings are not confirmed until your requirements and deposit are acknowledged by us, via email or letter. Cheques should be made payable to Ermine Lodge B&B or you can book and pay your deposit by phone. Due to the high bank charges we prefer not take credit or debit cards for balance payments and ask all guests to settle their account in full by cash, on arrival please. If you prefer, we will accept credit or debit card payment for any balance outstanding or other payments if you will accept a 5% transaction charge. We cannot be held responsible for delays in postal reservations and all bookings are confirmed on a first come first served basis. Guests not resident in England will be asked to pay in full at the time of booking.
Check in is from 4.00pm to 10.00pm and departure by 10.00am. Entry before 4.00pm is not possible so please check availability for a second night.
For single night bookings on Friday or Saturday nights we add a 25% premium, as they block full weekend bookings, rather than us insist on a minimum 2 night booking. For the comfort of all guests we close at 00.30am unless special arrangements are made with us. Special rates and deposits apply for Bank Holidays & Christmas Market dates, please ask for details before booking.
