You can reserve the accommodation you require by phone when leaving a non refundable deposit of £15 per room per night, by debit or credit card. Providing your deposit confirms acceptance of our terms with balance payments to be paid on arrival, by debit card or cash please. Balance payments by credit card will be charged 5% for bank charges. All guests not resident in England will have payment taken in full at the time of booking. Special rates and terms apply for some dates, so please ask when checking for availability.
Bookings are not confirmed until your requirements and deposit are acknowledged in writing. Advance bookings may be subject to price increases but will be notified not less than 3 months before your arrival date. For midweek bookings (Monday – Thursday) we require 48 hours notice of cancellation but for weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and special dates like Lincoln Show, Christmas Market, and bank holidays we require 14 days notice of cancellation, or full payment so we recommend that you insure against cancellation. If we can re-let your booking after cancellation no further charge is made. For advance bookings in excess of 3 months we require a full week’s notice of cancellation for each month or part thereof. To cancel any booking or part thereof please contact us to obtain a cancellation number and confirmation.
Check in is from 4pm to 10pm with breakfast served in the dining room between 7 & 9am for departure by 10am at the latest. If you arrive early for a wedding etc you are welcome to park your car and come back later to check in. If you want to contact us outside these times please ring 07771 740722. |
