Welcome to our home 10 miles due north of Lincoln City, on the A15 just before Caenby Corner roundabout, where the A15 meets the A631 halfway between Gainsborough and Market Rasen. We have a large private parking area well away from the road with ample parking and turning space for horse boxes and trailers etc in our 2 acres of gardens including a nature area and a paddock where we hold regular dog training classes. All areas have free wireless broadband and you can enjoy a bottle of wine in your room while watching TV. For the safety of others we provide a smokers area and ask all visitors not to smoke in our home or entrance porch. |

We are the closest B&B, within walking distance, for both the White Heather and Hemswell Court for weddings - parties and corporate functions. We can book taxis for you if required. Hemswell Antiques is just 1 mile away plus RAF Scampton and The Lincoln Showground are a few miles south and we have some good eatery's for evening meals, just a short drive away. |
